So you have only two choices, either uninstall this software from your PC OR contact Sony customer support for more help. The problem is related to the sony software because I have been through this earlier. Finally, I had to uninstall the program to get rid of error message. You will need to do the same but before that just check the Sony website if they have launched any upgraded software because the package you have installed has lots of bugs.
