I've just got an order in for Onks new amp, and want to get rid of my bloody awful Tosh dvd player and replace it with something reasonable until we know where things are going with HD.

Oh, and no freezing at layer breaks. Hi Swindonguy. Yeah the hack is still working. I've not had my long but so far it's been a great DVD player. I did have the model before but it developed an imaging problem that neither my hi-fi shop or Onkyo had seen before or could fix.

So I got a free upgrade from Onkyo! I have the Onkyo amp which I think is pretty similarly spec'd to the you've ordered. The two go very well together. Hope you enjoy yours and much as I enjoy mine!
